Night out

Friday night was a great night. We were celebrating Dave and Lydia's 13th anniversary, Crystal and Jill's upcoming wedding, and mine and Steve's mini (3rd) anniversary. So I had to look good. Sara at My Scissors and I did my hair. Celeste did my make up ( and you can't even tell I was dying from a head cold).













Here are the girls! We stopped at the Mill in Neustadt before heading off to the Aberfoyle Mill in Guelph for dinner. Lydia, you were right, I will never be able to eat another ceasar salad again.



Here is me and my sharp dressed man. I've been told that we make a very handsome couple and to be honest, I can't find a reason to disagree. We hit a few clubs in Kitchener before returning to Walkerton where we really let loose.

I am still nursing this stinkin' cold, but it was worth not getting my rest to get all girlied up for my man.

What's been keeping me so busy

To catch you all up on the past couple of weeks.......


This is Steve. I found him talking to a mutual friend while I was out walking. I will never walk alone again.












This is the sunrise we watched last Saturday.




This is utter indignation at the accident which cost Dale Earnhardt Jr. the win at the UAW-Ford 500 at Talladega.
Edith, her daughter Jenna and I were more than entertained as he patiently yet passionately increased our non-existent knowledge of Nascar.
I think a new Thanksgiving day tradition has been born.

Chantal is Mobile

This is Celia Jo, another helpful Bell employee at the Hanover Bell Mobility Store. I had originally dropped in to get rid of the voice mail on Jasmyn's phone, found myself asking a few questions and then picking out a little pink number for Chantal. I had actually been leaning towards the Firefly but I didn't want yet another bill since I am already on a family plan.




Chantal loves her new phone and has already
made a few calls......
